ILPRA FILL SEAL 2500 TRONIC WITH TWO DOSING UNITS

General Specs:

▷ Round cups sizes: Max Ø 125mm/max height 120mm
▷ Process: Various product (rice pudding, chocolate mousse, jelly with fruit, cream caramel)
▷ Filling range: Two filling dosing unit
▷ 1st Filler 50-500cc with dosing volume fully adjustable with filling tolerance less than ±1% referred to the max dosing capacity.
▷ 2nd 10-100cc with dosing volume fully adjustable with filling tolerance less than ±1% referred to the max dosing capacity.
▷ Machine output: Capacity guaranteed 1500 for cream product 150gr (cream caramel). Mechanically 2500 cycles/h in the best working conditions: the max. capacity is referred to 125 cc cup of a creamy product.
Sequence of Stations:
1. Rotary table: Completely made in stainless steel, it is mechanically driven by an AC motor controlled by an inverter. Its task is to feed the cups to the 8 stations where all the working functions are carried out.
2. 1st Cup destacking station: The destacker has the task to release the empty cups into the turntable. It’s composed by a cup dispenser where the operator put the pile of cups and a denester device that drops the cups into the cupcarrier of the turntable (cups have to be perfectly destackable). The station is equipped with a cup presence detector, that immediately stops the in the event of no cup into the cupcarrier, to avoid wasting of product.
3. 2nd Station for fruit piece manual charging: During construction of the machine ILPRA company will make modification of the above part of the cup. Operator can placed manually 1 pieces of fruit into the tube which will take fruit directly into the cup. Fruit can be frozen of fresh. Fruit dimensions need to be indicated to producer before order confirmation.
4. 3rd Dosing station: It is composed by a mechanic volumetric filler driven by a step motor. The filling range from 50 to 500 cc with CIP connection, is fully adjustable from the control panel (hot or cold filling is possible). The volumetric filler can use different nozzles, according to the kind of product. The filler is manufactured such to allow a fast and easy dismounting for the daily cleaning.
5. 4th Dosing Station: It is composed by a mechanic volumetric filler driven by a step motor. The filling range from 10 to 100cc, is fully adjustable from the control panel (hot or cold filling is possible). The volumetric filler can use different nozzles, according to the kind of product. The filler is manufactured such to allow a fast and easy dismounting for the daily cleaning.
6. CIP DOSING UNIT: the machine is equipped with a C.I.P. filler facilities on mail filler. It is connected with the C.I.P. system, which allow to execute automatically the whole cleaning of the filler (rear chamber of filler included).
7. 5th Station Lid denesting device: It has the function to denest the embossed aluminum or plastic lids and to place them on the cups. It’s composed by a lid dispenser and a mechanically acted arm with a sucker, that, by vacuum, provides to take the lid and to release it on the cup. This station is treated by means of UV lamps. The station is equipped with lid presence detector, that immediately stops the machine if there isn’t any lid on top of the cup. A light blow of air assures the release of the lid on the cup.
8. 6th station Thermosealing station: Here the pre cut lid is heat sealed on the cup. The sealing head, pneumatically driven, is electronically thermoregulated and time regulated too. The sealing head is custom made according to the cup shape.
9. 7th station snap on lid device This system allows to place plastic lids (overcaps) on the sealed trays.
10. 8th Station Ejection station: Composed by a lifting device, mechanical driven to lift the cup up of the turntable and bring it to the same level of the ejection conveyor belt.

Sequence of Stations:

2. In feed conveyor belt: to transfer the already filled aluminum cup on the rotary table. This operation is done through a pick & place device able to bring the filled cup and move them on the working table.

8. Coding station: The coding system prints with quick drying ink on the top of the lid the production or/and the expiring date. It is composed by a mechanically acted arm and a pad with its ink reservoir. A complete series of numbers and alphabetic characters allow to set the necessary dates.

10. Ejection station: Composed by a lifting device, mechanical driven to lift the cup up of the turntable and bring it to the same level of the ejection conveyor belt.
