Brand New Technological Equipment for Ultra Clean Filling of Still Water in PET Bottles 0.5 LTRS – 1.5 LTRS

Designed especially for bottling of microbiologically sensitive products, like: milk, dairy products, natural juices, cold tea in Ultra Clean environment.

Ultra Clean filling is a filling process that guarantees maximal reduction of contact of the product with harmful bacteria during filling and consequent transportation and storing by providing containers and caps sterilization and a highly hygienic filling environment.

This way extended shelf life (ESL) can be achieved which guarantees sensitive products like dairy products and natural fruit juices keep their quality during filling, remain safe from dangerous bacteria, can travel longer distances for distribution and can be stored for longer time. Stainless steel AISI 304 construction (including the bearing frame); all components in contact with the filled product and rinsing solutions is manufactured in AISI 316L.
