Periodically working autoclave (horizontal kind) which works with water and steam. Sprinkling the packages with water is done by circulating high-pressure pump and nozzles.
The machine is completely automatic and performs the specified sterilization mode.
It is equipped with steam, water and air units; switchboard, temperature, level and pressure sensors. Heating and cooling is performed with a separate heat exchanger. The separate heat exchanger allows utilizing the condensed steam and prevents cooling water pollution.
Capacity: 2400 packages (0.720l)/cycle
