Machine description:

• Framework, support columns, profiles and 3-side containment plates in painted steel;

Manifold Routing of the Decompression System
Developed to convey the gas from the can headspace in a common manifold during the can decompression phase. The system is installed on the body valve by a dedicated circuit connected externally through a lower manifold.

Electronic Unit for Pressure and Level Separate Control
It is comprised of the pressure transmitter, product level controller on the upper side of the tank. The system permits optimizing the flow of gas and product into the tank by independent programming.

Automatic External Valves Washing Plant
This allows the washing of the valves and cans lifters automatically. High-pressure water jets are instantly activated by the operator by means of a selector placed in the electric cabinet.

Electrical Adjustment of the Tank Height and Control Unit
The system is comprised of the drive unit and the tank lifting members according to the can size. Together with the tank, it also governs the control support and a specific indicator defines the size.

CO2 Fluxing system
This operation allows the flow of a small quantity of inert gas from tank into can. The system allows to improve the filling process reducing the percentage of air and foaming formation and the possibility of oxidation of the product during the filling phases. It is installed on the valve by means of push-button with its own circuit and with its control.

Pre-adjustment for Automatic CIP
This comprises the pneumatic valves to and from the CIP unit on the machine pipes and the electric control mechanisms. The system ensures the utmost efficiency in terms of safety and precision in the machine sanitizing phases. The CIP delivery and recovery pipes, and the CIP unit are not included in the supply.
